For well over 100 years, the Shelburne Pub has drawn visitors and locals who enjoy its old-world ambiance. Innovative menus showcasing fresh, local ingredients are the order of the day. Executive Chef Alexandra Jones showcases the bounty of one of the richest culinary regions of the Pacific Northwest. Featured local wines and micro-brewed beers of the region are served in an elegant and enchanting setting.
